The Smart H-2A Payslip Template

In the H-2A Program, employers are required to provide workers with payslips at the end of every pay period and keep copies for their records. These pay slips must include specific information, some of which is not included in the standard templates used by mainstream accounting programs. To help make the process easier, we created the Payslip Template below, which simplifies the process by automatically doing a lot of the math for you.

To use the Payslip Template, simply follow the prompts and fill out the form below. Once you are done, click the Download Payslip button. Once you have downloaded the pay slip, please be sure to manually add your FEIN/Tax ID number to it.

PLEASE NOTE: The current version of the Payslip Template only supports hourly wages, NOT wages based on a piece rate. Additionally, the form was designed for computer screens. Performance on mobile devices may vary.
